Earlybird entries: The first 50 entries go in to a draw to win a selection of prizes.
Entertainment: Band (The Replicants) on Friday night. Rally ride on Saturday to excellent local bike museum for lunch. Museum entry $5. Option for longer scenic ride after lunch or return to Kai Iwi. Then Show & Shine in the later afternoon.
Bar etc: Licensed bar available on site. CASH only. Free tea, coffee and water.
Accommodation at Kai Iwi Beach Holiday Park: Kai Iwi Beach Holiday Park is immediately adjacent to the rally venue. All Kai Iwi Holiday Park cabins, suites and chalets are reserved for TOMCC rally entrants until 31 October 2025. For Holiday Park reservations, please call them on 06 342-9658 or email office@kaiiwibeach.co.nz and tell them you’re with the TOMCC rally. For more info go to https://kaiiwibeach.co.nz/. Plenty of tent, caravan and campervan sites also available.
BnB accommodation at Kai Iwi Beach: A range of BnB properties are available walking distance from the rally venue. For BnB reservations (AirBnB and Bookabach), please email TOMCC member Theo Huijs at tandt.huijs@gmail.com. Some of these BnB accommodation options are held until 31 October 2025 and some aren’t, so it would pay to reserve early to avoid disappointment.
How much accommodation is available? We have enough cabins, suites and chalets at the Holiday Park and BnB homes to accommodate 96+ rally participants, plus campsites for tents, caravans and campervans. Please try to ensure when booking that all beds in each unit or home are utilised. Empty beds should be avoided if at all possible. This way we can comfortably fit everyone in somewhere.
