The TOMCC Wanganui motorcycle lock-up is available as usual this Boxing Day at Farmlands Wanganui on the corner of Heads Rd and Liffiton St, opposite McDonald’s.
If travelling from the South (via Turakina), follow State Highway 3 signs into Wanganui and across the Whanganui River and then turn right at the roundabout into Heads Rd. You will see the Farmlands entrance about 100m ahead and McDonalds on your right.
If travelling from the North (via Raetihi), follow State Highway 4 into Wanganui with the river on your right until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with SH3. Turn right and cross the Whanganui River and then turn right at the roundabout into Heads Rd. You will see the Farmlands entrance about 100m ahead and McDonalds on your right.
If travelling from the West (via Waverly), follow the SH3 signs into Wanganui for about 3.5km, then turn left at the roundabout into Heads Rd. You will see the Farmlands entrance about 100m ahead and McDonalds on your right.
Cost is $10 per bike and includes full security for your bike, plus storage of your bike gear. Extra bags for gear are $5 per bag if required.
TOMCC Wanganui representatives will be on site from the time the first bike arrives until the last bike leaves.
